• More than 20 years management experience at Viasat, one of the leading high tech companies in San Diego county

  • Managing production to insure supplier deliveries are as required to meet forecast customer demand and to enable financial targets to be met

  • Managing engineering teams to develop technology, both traditional waterfall style development and agile/scrum development methods

  • Managing in house and outsourced (subcontracted) production to meet projected demand and enable the organization to meet financial goals

  • P&L management to insure GM targets are met, and for early awareness of adverse P&L trends to allow for timely corrective action
